VISION CARE / COMPREHENSIVE EXAMS

Your annual eye exam, unhurried.

A comprehensive exam isn't just a prescription update. It's the most accessible window into your overall health — including conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and autoimmune disease that often show up first in the eye. We don't rush it.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

What a real comprehensive exam looks like

A L0•0K Optometric comprehensive exam is scheduled for 30-45 minutes and includes:

Visual acuity and refraction

your prescription, refined

Ocular surface assessment

early dry eye screening for everyone

Binocular vision assessment

how your eyes work together

Health
history

review and recommendations

Intraocular
pressure

the primary screen for glaucoma

Dilation

Dilation is included as indicated.

Slit lamp
examination

Direct examination of the front and back of eye health.

Advanced Retinal Screening

Including retinal photography and optical coherence tomography, essentially an MRI of the back of the eye.

You'll leave with a clear understanding of your eye health, an updated prescription if needed, and a plan for the year ahead.
